The ground floor comprises of a large dining / sitting room and a fully fitted kitchen area with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full sized cooker and ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. The dining and sitting areas are fully furnished to a high standard with comfortable seating for eight people. A hi fi and French television are also provided.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms one with a double bed the other with two singles also a bathroom with a bath and shower attachment

The staircase leads to a minstrels gallery with a cane suite. A sloping roofed corridor leads to two further bedrooms and another bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed the other two singles .The bedrooms are complete with bedside cabinets, clock radios and wall lights.
Towels, linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Towels are not provided for use around the pool.
All rooms are fully insulated, double glazed and have wall mounted electric heaters.

Outside is a private patio and garden with table, chairs and a BBQ. There is ample parking for four cars.
